Mr. Joe Oribabor is a founder and the Managing Director of Selekture. Mr. Joe Oribabor has 38 years experience in the upstream petroleum industry. He is the CEO for Kwanzotec Nigeria, an oil & gas advisory firm providing technical support, due diligence and assurance services to its clients. He is also a Senior Advisor of Petroleum Technology at Somoil Angola. He has worked with Shell in Nigeria and the Netherlands within Production Technology, Reservoir Engineering and Asset Management departments. He also worked with Schlumberger Intl.; holding petroleum engineering and operations management positions. Mr. Oribabor has expertise in Integrated Project Management, Integrated Field Studies, Underground Gas - Storage Field Development and Training/Competency Assurance. He possesses a strong track record in business development and managing multi-million dollar business teams to accomplish financial, administrative and technical objectives in Central Europe, Russian and African regions. Mr. Oribabor attended the University of Miskolc (Hungary), MSc, Petroleum Engineering and he is an Active Member of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Mr. Yusuf is a Petroleum Engineering professional with 37 years of industry experience. Mr. Yusuf worked as a senior petroleum engineering consultant at Sonangol Pesquisa & Produção in Angola, guiding, leading and managing several field development projects for the company’s offshore deep water fields. Mr. Yusuf also worked as a senior consultant on the Sonangol Field Development Project Team, saddled with pushing two oil fields in Iraq, to first oil. Prior to this, his career spanned an initial 30 years with The Shell Petroleum Development Company, Nigeria, with experiences in Drilling, Completions, Production, Reservoir Engineering, the management of Integrated Field Studies and Supply Chain Management. Mr. Yusuf holds a Master of Science in Mathematics - University of Dundee, Scotland and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics - First Class Honors, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. Mr. Yusuf is an Active Member of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Mr. Kris Oribabor has 15 years experience in corporate finance, project & structured finance and risk management. He has worked on over $500 million in transaction experience within the financial, oil & gas and energy sectors. Mr. Kris Oribabor has experience in capital raising, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, structured & project finance, within the African oil & gas and energy sectors. Mr. Kris Oribabor the Managing Partner of Discoverpoint Group, an Emerging Markets focused financial services company. During his tenure Mr. Oribabor has advised clients in the Marginal Fields, Sole Risk Assets and International Oil Companies asset divestments on due diligence and structuring with respect to securing investments and partnerships. Mr. Oribabor has worked in the Oil and Gas sector for companies such as Hess Oil, Getty Petroleum and Lukoil Americas in various roles. Mr. Oribabor holds a Bachelors of Accounting Degree from Rutgers University (USA).

Mr. Fazil has 18 years of investment industry experience in private equity, venture capital and growth capital investments in the oil & gas, mining and natural resources sectors. He has participated in transactions worth $300MM in capital raised. Mr. Fazil has funded both public and private companies with assets in Africa, South America, Asia, Europe and Canada with a focus on natural resources and natural resource-services. Mr. Fazil attended University of Calgary (Canada).
